CERTIFICATION
Walmec S.p.A. target has always been the quality of its products and service: this is to give sure satisfaction to our customers, and for other aspects, satisfaction to Walmec itself.
Working, aiming for technological innovation, product and service quality which insures who uses our products, who negotiates them and who producers them.
Aware of working with a company which wants to remain faithful to the commitments made for over 50 years with the market, back when it started producing those products which made our labels, Asturo-mec and Walcom important and respected. All this has led the company to show its qualitative strategy, achieving in April 1996 the certification UNI EN ISO 9001 (Certificate n.343/96), a great guarantee expression of a project, product and service.
The ISO 9001 certification is probably the most representative aspect but certainly not the only one; other important ones are:
- CEE homologation of Asturo-Mec mod PG/S e SUPER PG blowing guns, based upon Community accordance n. 92/59 CEE e 86/217 CEE.
- The transfer efficiency test in conformity with European Draft CEN/TC271/WG2 N02-00E carried out at THATCHAM, an English entity for training and research of applicable methods for bodyworks.
- Californian provision conformity test n° 1151 of SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District) upon varnishing ecology systems, according to spray guns Walcom FX GEO and the whole HVLP series.
Many other conformity certifications according to other different products of ours,let alone a great number of patents, which contribute to confirm the companies dogma: SERIOUSNESS.
Walmec products intended for the bodyworks sector are certified ATEX meaning they meet European Directive 94/9/CE that regulates equipment intended for use in areas with explosion risks.
