TD4

Innovative, unique, patented, the Walcom TD4 is a multifunctional heater that heats and controls air temperature, setting and maintaining it between 20 and 50° C according to product type and needs.
Essential for water-based paints which must be applied at a temperature between 20 – 25° C, it is also fundamental for solvent-based paints.
It is the only product on the market that lets you simultaneously heat air, filter it in three stages (water, oil, residual humidity) and regenerate silica reversing the hot air flow through the SRS valve.
The Walcom TD4 can work with two types of hoses:

  • SPH, made of 10x15 galvanised rubber, with internal J thermocouple to read air temperature at gun stock. 11 mt. length.
  • HPH, made of 10x22 galvanised rubber, with internal J thermocouple to read air temperature at gun stock and with 3 150 W resistances, each permitting the set temperature to be immediately reached and maintained, regardless of hose use during the day. 10 mt. length.
